Patricia A. Haby -- (Designated Broker/Owner)
Pat Haby has owned her own real estate company for over 18 years. According to her, "Real estate is the best job that anyone can have." She enjoys helping someone find their dream home. Pat is very active in every aspect of her real estate office. She provides professionalism to both buyers and sellers. She also a member and in good standing with The Uvalde Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and is currently holding the office of Vice President with the Uvalde Board of Realtors.
Pat is married to Dan Haby and has two sons Dan Jr. and Joe Tom Haby. She has one grandchild name Parker and a French bulldog named Misti. She is also an active member of the Baptist Temple Church in Uvalde.

Jean McFadin -- (Realtor)
Jean McFadin has been a licensed agent for a number of years and has recently become more active in real estate. She has a lifelong knowledge of the Uvalde area and the surrounding hill country. Jean was born and raised here, growing up on a South Texas ranch. She is interested in assisting buyers and sellers with farms, ranches, small acreage, or simply finding the right home.
Combining her vast knowledge of the community with her real estate experience, she is highly qualified to help prospective buyers and sellers with their real estate needs as well as advising them on areas that would best suit their lifestyle.
She has two daughters, Texas A & M graduates, who also live in the area, that design and manufacture their own line of handbags and luggage.
Frances Brown -- (Broker/Realtor)
Frances Brown is hometown Uvalde through and through. She is married to George Brown. They have two children. Her daughter, George Ann and husband Jody Swann and their daughter Brandy, live in Spring, Texas. Her son Cody Brown and his wife Tammy and son Gage reside in Uvalde.
Frances received her salesman license in 1982 and worked under Reitha Askew for two years. She received her Broker's license in 1985 and was self-employed under Frances Brown Realty until January 2000 when she decided to hang her license with Pat Haby Realty. She prefers working with residential and small acreage sales.
Frances says her father, Frank Sutherland, always said, ”Treat people the same way you expect to be treated, with honesty and integrity and you will always cherish life." She most assuredly applies this quote in her Real Estate work.
